Responsibilities
Bill works with owners to develop construction projects from the idea and design phase to construction.

Aligns owner’s goals with finished building projects and serves as the owner’s representative to A.C.E. construction personnel.

Maintain existing and develop new client relationships.

Assists owners in land selection and feasibility studies.

Works with government officials on approvals and permits.

Bill is Safety Director for the Company.

Experience
Bill has 30 years of construction experience. He is a journeyman mason and carpenter. He was a site superintendent for 10 years and now uses those experiences to help customers define their projects. Bill is an owner of A.C.E. and Vice President.
